My Approach
Are you struggling with your mental health? I am here to lift that cloud of struggles, shine a light through and help you find the brighter side. I specialize in symptoms of anxiety, OCD, depression, eating disorders, traumatic experiences, abuse and life stressors. I also work with couples of any orientation, helping them to find the solutions that will enhance their relationship. I believe that everyone has tools within themselves to help alleviate their struggles, and I am passionate about helping you learn strategies to feel and live better. No challenge is too big or too small to get find improvement in.
